It was a difficult process. Lots of issues. The fact the the sales department doesn’t communicate with the service department is a major issue. The parts department doesn’t communicate with the parts department is also an issue.

I’m the past 15 years I have purchased 4 cars 2 trucks and 2 Tahoes always through Armando Zamora. This last purchase I did research online due to the shortage and to compare pricing but I decided to wait for the right truck and I did not want to deal with other salesman or dealer.
