Chase is a great dealership, I liked working with Tim the sales manager, Jamie the salesman, and Bill in finance. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable on every detail about my truck, and everything was done quickly and efficiently as I live 2 1/2 hours from Chase Chevrolet. It was a difficult process.
It was a difficult process. Lots of issues. The fact the the sales department doesn’t communicate with the service department is a major issue. The parts department doesn’t communicate with the parts department is also an issue.

I’m the past 15 years I have purchased 4 cars 2 trucks
I’m the past 15 years I have purchased 4 cars 2 trucks and 2 Tahoes always through Armando Zamora. This last purchase I did research online due to the shortage and to compare pricing but I decided to wait for the right truck and I did not want to deal with other salesman or dealer. Armando is the reason I keep buying from chase and always refer him to friends and family.
