Good evening I am sharing my experience with you all about my Chevy traverse 2019. I had some work done on Thursday morning with the Sterling wheel detaching somewhat where the airbag. Seal cap was on it they did a great job And fixing a seatbelt that had been pulled too hard and it wouldn’t go back in

My vehicle was repaired at a different shop and taken to Chase for inspection to hopefully get reimbursed for repairs since I discovered later that the repairs were covered under a special policy that I was never notified about. While Chase had my vehicle, they removed the purge valve that had already been replaced from the previous shop without authorization from myself, the vehicle owner. They also failed to notify me when my vehicle was ready to be picked up.
