It was smooth from drop off to pickup. You know as a consumer when you take it to the dealer it WILL probably cost more. I feel its justified/ worth it when your chevy is at chevrolet.. because you know it WAS handled with the RIGHT tools and equipment. No wondering did the mechanic have to buy some special tool (and learn how to use it) chevrolet already has the right tool and knowledge to use them.

Angel and his staff were great. I pulled up and was immediately asked what services I needed. He told me to pass the keys and have a seat in the AC and he will take care of it. After having a really terrible experience at American Chevrolet in Modesto, went to Chase Chevrolet in Stockton. What a difference. The whole process was smooth and the simple easy going approach from the salesman, Juan, made all the difference. Juan doesn’t come across as a salesman (which is a great quality for sales) and that makes such a difference when you aren’t wanting to be “sold”something but really evaluating your wants and needs.
