Service was fast. I had a fuel filter replaced and it took under 30 minutes. A little expensive but that was competitive for the task. Duramax diesel is more expensive but great on fuel consumption.

My appointment was at 7:00 a.m. and they took me right in and they said approximately 3 hours and that's what it was. I was very they took care of me very well.
I love there quick lube and it's usually pretty fast. They are very convenient for me, in a great location.

Good service,but lacked communication. Dropped off on a Tuesday and didn't hear anything until I called Thursday and asked for updates.

Quick lube is a drive up service. No appts. I went in to check my truck in. I was asked to sit down they will call me. Ask I waited I noticed others being checked in. So I got up n stood there. I was then checked in. Has I waited I noticed cars being drove past mine. I asked the gentleman how they process the cars. It’s from the check in n service order number. So I was there an extra hour waiting on cars that came after me. Two for sure that I know of. Not cool!!
Chase keeps their customers first no joke but seriously when it's come to preventive maintenance.

I needed my headlight bulb replaced. I made no appointment. I went early like 8:30 a.m. Right when I pulled up, a shop guy introduced himself and took my keys. I told him how much money I had. He said that he would be happy to help and take a seat inside. I did. There was coffee, and a whole box of donuts. Within one hour, but less, I was out of there, with money still in my pocket, breakfast eaten, and on my way to work. Thanks Chase
Called regarding our problem, it was still under factory warranty so they had it towed to their dealer. They sent in claim for approval all went quick and part was in stock and replaced and we picked it up the next day

My car was towed in and when I went in I was greeted immediately and helped . Angel was very knowledgeable and listened to all of my concerns and questions about my vehicle. He also helped me with getting a rental . I was very impressed and happy with the professional and quick service.
Nick was very helpful and communicative. I felt that he made very feel better about going back to chase after my first visit in which I was unimpressed with the service. He even got me set up with enterprise for a rental car.
