Worst service ever: my truck was there for a week….

Worst service ever: my truck was there for a week….. I had to keep calling to find out the status. In the end you said nothing was wrong with it. I took it to another dealership that diagnosed the problem and replaced the torque converter and ran updates on the transmission to fix the problem. I’ve had this same experience with you guys in the past. I will never take another vehicle there and I will never buy a vehicle at Chase.

Took my 2012 in because a mechanic I know changed my

Took my 2012 in because a mechanic I know changed my motor mount and accidentally let the steering wheel move. This made my stabilizer sensor light stay on. I decided to take it to Chase Chevrolet and right away they wanted to do and diagnostic. I was charged $220 for a diagnostic. Then I was told that my stabilizer sensor was no good and that I needed to change it. They wanted to charge me $600 to change the sensor! I decided to call my nephew who is a mobile mechanic and he told me that my steering wheel was off and needed to be realigned. Realigning the steering wheel would fix the problem. I went back to Chase Chevrolet and this time I spoke to a manager named Mathew. I told him they misdiagnosed my truck and that I wanted my money back. He told me that it’s the sensor that needs to be changed. Then told me to unplug my battery and leave it unplugged over night and that would fix the problem but if it doesn’t to bring it back to him and he would take a look. Well I left it unplugged for 24 hours and it didn’t make a difference. Well, my nephew who is a mobile mechanic came and looked under the hood and decided to loosen the steering column and noticed that there was a manufacture line that shows you that if it is aligned properly or not and it definitely wasn’t aligned right. He aligned it and drove the truck afterwards and the stabilizer sensor went off! I decided to go back after it was fixed to get my money back for the incorrect diagnostic. Mathew was there and I let him know exactly what happened and he wanted me to show him paperwork that my nephew fixed my truck but I didn’t have any but told him I could get him on the phone and Mathew said no. I paid the $220 with my card but he didn’t want to return it that way and said they would mail me a check. It was real hard for him to accept they made a huge mistake! I will never take my truck back to that Stockton Chevrolet ever! They only care about money instead of truly finding the problem and fixing your vehicle!

Dear Chevrolet.

Dear Chevrolet. I couldn’t be more unhappy with my 2023 Chevrolet lt Silverado. David lied to me about the car bravo. He misspelled my first name. There are two t s in Matthew. David didn’t tell me it was uncertified. He definitely over charged me. I believe he put me in an unsafe truck so chase Chevrolet could make more of a profit. I could have bought anything. He didn’t even show me a new truck. Didn’t have me test drive it. Didn’t even start it. I couldn’t be more unhappy with Chevrolet. The plastics have wax all over them and he put some stuff on the plastic to sell me an unsafe truck. The front fenders aren’t even painted all the way. The paint is below sub par. I also found a flashlight under the hood. I tried to buy a truck from chase Chevrolet for a year and this is what they put me in. Chase Chevrolet most definitely does not care about anyone. All they care about is the profit. David should have put me in a new truck. I have had six surgeries on my legs I still have a metal rod in my femur. I am so disappointed with chase Chevrolet and am sad that Chevrolet is so selfish and uncaring. Soon as the title arrives in the mail I’ll be going to a reputable dealership to pick up a safe vehicle. Chevrolet should be ashamed of themselves for putting me in a sub par over priced. Uncertified truck. David should be fired for being so incompetent. I am also shocked that Chevrolet has the audacity to send me a letter in the mail welcoming me to the Chevrolet family. I don’t want any part of Your greedy selfish deceptive family. I give Chevrolet zero stars.

He accommodated us and went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted, when another dealership we went to the day before went back on their word about pricing after driving 2 hours away. Absolutely phenomenal customer service, and everyone who works here is so friendly and welcoming. I recommend this dealership to anyone who’s looking to get a car. Very poor vehicle orientation. Seller very much in a rush to introduce to buyers ages 91,*83 and 78 with the vehicle features, especially electronics. CONSEQUENTLY,we are very much struggling with operating the electronics system. For example, we haven't even figured how to bring up and explore radio channels. Once , payment was made, critical orientation vanished. Than you for allowing my family and I the opportunity to express our concerns and frustration.

I came in to see Gary for a couple trucks I’d been

I came in to see Gary for a couple trucks I’d been looking at. Needless to say he turned me onto a truck he said he ordered for himself, but life happens. After he talked about what and why he ordered the truck, it didn’t have 1 box I wanted checked, I wanted it. It’s a 2500 sitting on 3500 frame, leaf springs and shock package, so Gary saved me money on my registration. Thank you Gary, the wife and I will sure to be happy campers!

Dear Chevrolet. I couldn’t be more unhappy with my 2023 Chevrolet lt Silverado. David lied to me about the car bravo. He misspelled my first name. There are two t s in Matthew. He didn’t even show me a new truck. Didn’t have me test drive it. Didn’t even start it. I couldn’t be more unhappy with Chevrolet. The plastics have wax all over them and he put some stuff on the plastic to sell me an unsafe truck. The front fenders aren’t even painted all the way. The paint is below sub par. I also found a flashlight under the hood. I tried to buy a truck from chase Chevrolet for a year and this is what they put me in. Chase Chevrolet most definitely does not care about anyone. All they care about is the profit. David should have put me in a new truck. I have had six surgeries on my legs I still have a metal rod in my femur. I am so disappointed with chase Chevrolet and am sad that Chevrolet is so selfish and uncaring. Soon as the title arrives in the mail I’ll be going to a reputable dealership to pick up a safe vehicle. Chevrolet should be ashamed of themselves for putting me in a sub par over priced. Uncertified truck. David should be fired for being so incompetent. I am also shocked that Chevrolet has the audacity to send me a letter in the mail welcoming me to the Chevrolet family. David was GREAT! I originally reached out and spoke to Jaime who was off the day I went in but he made sure I was taken care and introduced me to David. David was working with multiple customers but still made sure to take care of all my needs. I couldn’t even tell because he was fully focus on getting me my dream truck. Jaime even reached back out to me the following day to make sure everything went good and I couldn’t have been happier. I will only deal with these 2 gentleman in the future as I have never had such a great experience at a dealership like I had with these 2 guys. They’re great!!!! The whole team was great honestly. Our 2015 Tahoe needed a new transmission. Nick gave me a quote that was $3k less than a quote I had gotten from my normal mechanic! He said they had the transmission in stock and could get started on it right away. I had it towed to the dealership on a Thursday around noon. We got a call on Friday (24 hours later) that our vehicle was done! I assumed they were mistaken… nope! Fair pricing and incredible service! Very pleased with our experience during a difficult automotive ordeal.
