Chevrolet Bolt EV Wins 2017 North American Car of the Year

Recently, the Chevrolet Bolt EV was named 2017 North American Car of the Year by NACTOY, a group of 60 automotive journalists from the United States and Canada. The award, announced at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit, is considered to be extremely prestigious due to the expertise and diversity of the judging panel. Jurors evaluated dozens of new vehicles prior to selecting the Bolt EV as the 2017 Car of the Year.

The U.S. Army has always gone above and beyond to protect and support our great nation. This April, with the help of Chevrolet, some of them are doing so quite literally. Team USX is a group of mountain-climbing veterans and active duty servicemen and women who are looking to make a difference. With a goal of raising awareness and support for veteran health and well-being, particularly with regard to mental health, the team endeavored to be the first active duty and wounded veterans to summit Mount Everest.
